Additionally, we specialise in providing robust cybersecurity solutions and consultancy services, offering bespoke strategies to protect clients' digital assets against evolving threats.OverviewRole DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role as a Growth Business Development Manager EMEA - Freelance or Contract at NOMAD. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the EMEA region. Day-to-day tasks include market research, client engagement, and proposal development. This role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.CompensationPlease note: This is a performance-based role with no fixed salary. Instead, we offer exceptionally high commission percentages rates ranging from 10% to 30% and a clear sales quota, ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who thrive in results-oriented environments, as well as ambitious young professionals eager to learn and grow within the company.After six months of probation and trainings, if your sales quota is met, you’ll be offered a permanent position with a base salary + OTE, and the opportunity to grow further within the company.LocationLocationFully remote within Europe and the UK & Ireland, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world for up to five months per year. This position is designed for you.QualificationsProven experience in business development and sales within the EMEA regionStrong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Copilot and Azure, or willingness to learn and prepare for Microsoft Exams and trainingsExperience in cybersecurity solutions and consultancy, or desire to learn on the fieldExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor or master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plusProficiency in English & Italian.
