Group Reporting & Consolidation Controller

We are looking for a Group Reporting & Consolidation Controller.
Objective of the position is to drive the transformation of Group financial processes, ensuring robust reporting, strategic analysis, and forward‑looking planning to enable data‑driven decisions and sustainable value creation.
Your responsibilities will be:
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial closing processes in compliance with IFRS.
Harmonise the end‑to‑end consolidation workflow across the Group, ensuring consistent methodologies, calendar alignment and adherence to accounting policies and reporting standards.
Maintain and enhance the Group reporting structure and consolidation process in the system (HFM), including updates related to changes in the Group structure (mergers, acquisitions, liquidations, etc).
Coordinate and reconcile financial data submitted by subsidiaries, managing consolidation entries and procedures (consolidation differences, elimination, adjustments, etc).
Performance Management & Analysis
Monitor monthly business performance, conducting profitability analyses at consolidated and entity level and tracking key financial performance indicators (Gross margin, EBITDA, Cash generation).
Investigating significant deviations from prior periods and budget/forecast figures, quantifying drivers and impacts, and collaborating with local controllers to identify corrective measures.
Prepare accurate and insightful dashboard for the C‑level executives and shareholders.
Conduct profitability analysis by geography.
Monitor value creation initiatives and strategic projects.
Support PE reporting requirements, including monthly performance packs and covenant monitoring.
Coordinate with external auditors, providing reliable and timely documentation.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Coordinate the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across the Group, ensuring alignment among subsidiaries, consistency of financial assumptions, and timely consolidation of submissions.
Deliver accurate and forward‑looking Group projections for both P&L and Balance Sheet.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
4+ years of experience in controlling, ideally at Group level, supported by a background in Big Four audit firms and in structured multinational groups with consolidated reporting environments.
Solid knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles and methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP consolidation and reporting systems (Oracle HFM).
Highly analytical and solution‑oriented, with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial information in a concise and actionable manner.
Strong commitment to teamwork and effective cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with BI tools.
CPA/CFA or equivalent certifications are a plus.
