Group Marketing Manager
Based within 60 minutes of Villanova d’Asti, Italy

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Group Marketing Manager who can lead, connect and structure our global marketing organization.
Your role:
As Group Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the group marketing direction.
You will be the central point between all local marketing teams, group management, sales and external partners. Your role is to bring clarity, focus and structure, while allowing local teams the freedom to perform.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
Key responsibilities:

Define and lead the group-wide marketing strategy
Translate strategy into clear plans, priorities, and actions
Create structure and alignment across all brands and regions
Guard brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity
Lead digital marketing, including websites, SEO, and online performance
Support commercial teams with strong marketing tools and campaigns
Coordinate agencies, designers and digital partners
Use data and insights to measure results and improve performance
Support product launches, new markets, and group initiatives

What we are looking for:

Italian nationality or full professional fluency in Italian
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Living within 60 minutes of Villanova d’Asti, Italy
Proven experience in a senior or group-level marketing role
Experience in an international B2B or industrial environment is a strong plus
Strong understanding of:
Websites and CMS platforms
SEO and digital marketing
Brand strategy and positioning
A natural leader who:
Communicates clearly
Brings structure
Connects people and teams
Strategic mindset with a practical, hands‑on approach

Education & background:

A Master or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
International marketing experience is more important than formal education
