In this critical role, reporting into the Group IS Marketing, your key responsibilities will be:Market Intelligence And Opportunity MappingConduct comprehensive market research to map payment trends, emerging use cases (e.g., agentic AI, A2A), and evolving customer behaviorsConduct competitor benchmarking and partner ecosystem scans to identify what’s new in market offering and differentiatorsIdentify opportunities emerging from market intelligence and inform strategic initiativesStrategic InitiativesPlay a key role in defining and prioritizing mid-term strategic programs (e.g., new product bundles, new payment methods) aligning with commercial goals and customer needsCraft compelling strategic narratives and business cases in collaboration with key team and cross-department stakeholders (such as product management, finance, and sales)Field MarketingPlan and orchestrate integrated MarCom campaigns (digital, events, webinars, account-based marketing) to increase awareness, drive consideration, and position Nexi offering to target audiencesBuild buy-in and engagement of regional and countries issuing stakeholders to drive execution of our initiativesStakeholder Engagement & EcosystemPartner closely with cross-functional teams—Brand & Communications, Product Management, Legal & Compliance, Strategy, and IS Sales—to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and consistent messagingBuild and maintain relationships with key Scheme’s stakeholders to gather common intelligence, pursue joint opportunities, validate concepts, and build partnership at EU levelWhat Makes You a Great FitAs you read about the role, are you eager to learn more?
