Your Impact

Manage the department ensuring efficiency and optimal use of resources.
Apply company regulations and directives, coordinating and developing assigned personnel to foster professional growth.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and accident prevention, interfacing with other departments (logistics, quality, production engineering) to meet production needs.
Promote continuous improvement and the application of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Monitor department performance and implement corrective actions.

Your Experience And Qualifications

Diploma or degree in technical disciplines (preferably mechanical or industrial).
1–2 years of experience in Team Leader or similar roles, preferably in mechanical component assembly companies.
Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
Problem‑solving skills and ability to manage operational issues.
