The resource, reporting directly to the Fabrication Manager, will coordinate the assigned team in order to achieve the main production objectives set by management, in terms of quality, production volumes, productivity, and service level.
Your Impact
Safety: Lead the team in full compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures required in the production process
Contribute to targeted improvement of the team and performance (SAFETY, QUALITY, DELIVERY, PRODUCTIVITY)
Plan and supervise the work and activities of the team. Prepare the weekly/monthly robot schedule in agreement with the internal planning team, respecting deadlines imposed by the main line while optimizing production (SMED, PRODUCTIVITY, INVENTORY, etc.)
Coordinate with other Group Leaders in the department and plant to ensure efficient material flow within the area, in line with the timing imposed by the main line. Inspect the quality of work performed within the department to ensure standards and accurate counts
Maintain discipline and efficiency in the department. Conduct daily LDMS meetings with the team on topics such as SAFETY, QUALITY, PRODUCTIVITY, APS
Your Experience And Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in technical disciplines (preferably mechanical or industrial)
1–2 years of experience in Team Leader or similar roles, preferably in mechanical component assembly companies
Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen)
Problem-solving skills and ability to manage operational issues
