Group HR Transformation Manager

Opportunity
As a Group HR Transformation Manager, based in Milan, you will act as a change facilitator within the HR function, leading global transformation initiatives with a direct impact on efficiency, digitalisation and employee experience. Operating in a complex, international environment, the role requires tactical vision, strong execution capabilities and cross‑functional leadership, fully aligned with the Group One HR programme.
Responsibilities
Process harmonisation – design and standardise global Group HR processes (e.g. onboarding, international mobility, travel management), ensuring alignment, consistency and compliance.
Technology enablement – coordinate the implementation of digital platforms, ensuring integration with existing systems and maximising user adoption.
Employee experience – enhance the HR service delivery model (shared services, self‑service, chatbots), design digital employee journeys and implement continuous listening mechanisms to improve employees’ perception of the HR function.
Governance & change management – develop communication and engagement strategies to drive adoption of new solutions and support the transition to the new Group organisational setup.
Innovation & benchmarking – monitor market trends and HR best practices, proposing innovative solutions to attract and retain talent.
Shared service centre & global payroll – support the design and implementation of regional SSCs and the deployment of the global payroll provider, ensuring compliance and integration with existing systems and the Group technology roadmap.
Program & portfolio management – manage the HR transformation project portfolio, defining priorities, resources and milestones, and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Compliance & risk management – ensure compliance with local and global regulations (e.g. GDPR, labour law), identifying and mitigating operational risks.
Qualifications
Solid experience (6–8 years) in HR transformation projects within complex multinational environments.
Strong knowledge of HR platforms (Oracle HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) and global payroll processes.
Project management expertise (PMP, Agile) with the ability to manage complex, senior‑level stakeholders.
Strong change‑management capabilities.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong business acumen, results orientation, collaborative leadership and influencing skills, analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
