We are seeking a highly motivated Group E-Shop Manager to join our Group e-Commerce team based in Castelfranco Veneto (TV).The B2C Online Shop Manager will be responsible for managing and developing all our B2C Online Shops in Europe (11 Countries). They will also play a role in the commercial strategy and development of our B2C business.ResponsibilitiesShop Management, promotional planning, customer sales data analysis, development and execution of online sales activations, coordination with performance marketing and CRM, optimization of marketing / sales funnel and onsite customer journey / UX, sales forecasting, and demand planning. Align order flow with back office.Manage all commercial aspects of our online stores and assume a high level of personal responsibility for sales targets, planning of country-specific product portfolios, and ensuring the availability of goods to achieve high growth targets.Coordinate activities on performance marketing and optimizing the relevant channels.Develop digital marketing and sales activities for customer acquisition and activation together with the team and external partners.Analyze the customer journey in the store and derive strategies and measures to create personalized shopping experiences; proactively and continuously improve design and usability (UX and UI) for a positive user experience.Identify potentials and trends for the optimization and further development of online channels; drive on-site search and product placement; monitor business KPIs with a focus on traffic and conversion goals and contribute new ideas.Play a pivotal role in all S&OP processes for eShop stock availability.Interface between IT, Marketing, and Sales; coordinate with external partners, service providers, and agencies; work closely with internal departments; proactively initiate new store functionalities with relevant departments.KPIsDevelop digital marketing and sales activities for customer acquisition and activation together with the team and external partners.Analyze the customer journey and derive appropriate strategies and measures to create personalized shopping experiences.Continuously improve the design and usability (UX and UI) to ensure a positive user experience.Identify potentials and trends for optimization and drive development of online channels; optimize on-site search and product placement; monitor traffic and conversion KPIs; contribute new ideas.QualificationsA successfully completed commercial or technical degree or a completed specialist training with e-commerce relevance.3-5 years of professional experience in online store management or e-commerce, ideally in the consumer goods industry.Experience in the implementation of SEO and SEA concepts.Experience in project management of IT projects.Experience with CMS and e-commerce store systems; prior knowledge of Magento 2.0 is desirable.Experience as a platform owner in an agile context.Analytical, KPI-driven, self-reliant way of working paired with a high-service mindset.Understanding of technical interfaces and process flows in dealing with online store systems; proactive and a real team player.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential; other languages are a plus.Mindset and Interpersonal SkillsGet into the right level of detail; use the right facts to understand issues, identify opportunities, and make decisions.Be decisive; engage the right people using relevant information to make informed choices.Think like an owner; focus on what creates value for the whole business; ruthless prioritization and timely action.Take action fast; be specific about what is done, by whom, and by when; close the loop and hold self and others accountable.Drive delivery and course correction through weekly cadence; courageously challenge; ask tough questions and listen actively.Identify, challenge, and act on anything that limits execution and potential; encourage self and others to take on tough challenges.Recognize high performance and reinforce effective behaviors; build a culture of recognition linked to performance.
