Privatal is currently working with a Pan-European private equity investor in their confidential search for a new group CFO for their decentralised portfolio company.
The Ideal CFO Profile

Demonstrated experience in business models related to healthcare services, retail, and/or other decentralised organisation models.
Demonstrated experience in Post-Merger Integrations, Consolidation and Synergy realisation as part of a buy-and-build strategy.
Demonstrated experience in exit readiness, ideally leading a private equity exit.
Demonstrated experience in dealing with banks for covenant reporting in an LBO scenario.
Demonstrated experience and focus on successful management of cash, NWC, and other liquidity topics to increase the cash position.
Fluency in Italian and English is seen as a must.
