For one of our client Companies, a prestigious industrial Group with a strong international presence and owner of well-known brands, we are seeking a
GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The candidate will play a key role in defining and implementing the Group's economic and financial strategies, operating in a complex, modernly organized industrial environment with a strong international presence.
Main responsibilities:
Support the economic development and protection of corporate assets by developing budget policies, planning strategies, control, and credit management.
Coordinate the Administration, Finance, and Control functions at Group level, ensuring the preparation of financial statements (statutory and consolidated), budget management, strategic and operational planning, and support for extraordinary M&A projects.
Define and implement the Group's financial planning, constantly monitoring economic stability and key financial risks.
Supervise treasury activities and debt / equity structure management, optimizing relationships with financial stakeholders and credit institutions, ensuring efficient flows and timely reporting.
Actively participate in corporate strategic committees and promote integration between the Finance, Treasury, and Control areas.
Ideal candidate requirements:
Proven experience (+20 years) in the Finance function, including at least 10 years acting as CFO, preferably in the Food, FMCG, Large-Scale Retail, or FMCG consumer goods sectors with a high marketing and brand component.
Current or previous experience in listed companies.
Degree in economics.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
