Location :Bulgaria. Duration :The intended start date isJuly 2025the “Start Date” and the period of implementation of the Assignment will be20 monthsfrom this date (the “Period of Implementation”).Qualifications and skills : At least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field (minimum requirement). Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English (minimum requirement). Proficiency in grid modelling software (e.g., PSS/E, DIgSILENT, PowerFactory, or similar) will be considered an asset.General professional experience : At least 10 years of professional experience in power system planning, grid integration of renewable energy, and energy infrastructure projects (minimum requirement).Specific professional experience : Experience conducting grid impact assessments, interconnection studies, and regulatory compliance reviews, as demonstrated in at least three projects in the expert’s CV (minimum requirement). Knowledge of grid codes, transmission planning, and smart grid technologies will be considered an asset.
