Your expertise in complex printing techniques and high-end production will elevate the brand’s visual identity worldwide.MAIN ACTIVITIESLead the full creative-to-production process for printed and packaging materials, from dielines to press checks.Negotiate with suppliers, printers, and paper vendors to secure top quality, timelines, and costs.Champion sustainable materials and innovative finishes to keep Molteni&C at the cutting edge.Partner with Marketing, Product, and Retail teams to translate ideas into production-ready solutions.Maintain strong relationships with a trusted network of international vendors.REQUIREMENTSMinimum of 8 years’ experience in graphic production or print management roles, ideally within premium/luxury, fashion, or high-end design sectors (experience in Italian companies is a plus).Proven expertise in end-to-end production of printed materials, packaging, and complex paper engineering (cartotecnica).Strong knowledge of printing techniques, color management, finishes, and sustainable material sourcing.Demonstrated ability to manage external suppliers, printers, and vendors, including negotiation of budgets and timelines.Exceptional organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced and often unstructured environments.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both with internal stakeholders and external partners.Language skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian is a strong plus.WHY JOIN USShape the tactile and visual identity of one of Italy’s most iconic design brands.Work in an international, design-driven environment with a passion for innovation.Influence sustainable production practices that set new standards in the luxury furniture world.Molteni is the leading independent industrial group in the high-end furniture sector with Italian-made production.
