Responsibilities

As a Junior Visual Designer, you will join the marketing team and directly contribute to meeting business objectives by producing a large number of marketing materials. The role requires a clear understanding of illustration as well as animation and motion design processes and tools. You will :
gain first-hand experience in executing a wide range of assets; both static as well as video, and for a variety of channels, from social media to out-of-home advertising- adapt creative concepts in order to continuously test the effectiveness of messaging and visuals- constantly work on improving & evolving visuals based on campaign performance & marketing objectives- maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across activities- generate innovative ideas and creative solutions that engage our audience and resonate on an emotional level.

recently graduated with a university degree in a design-related field, or past experience working in a similar role
works proficiently with graphic design software including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop. Basic understanding of After Effects or other animation software is a plus
is genuinely curious and willing to learn : you are driven by a strong desire to better understand our audience, as well as the intricacies of the channel we are using to connect with them
think outside of the box, seeking creative ways to meet business objectives
has excellent project management skills. Able to manage priorities & deadlines with meticulous attention to the organization of files & workflows
effectively communicates conceptual ideas, detailed design and design rationale, both verbally and visually
English proficiency is a must. Italian, French and / or Spanish is a plus
