Who We are Looking For
If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply :

You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate by June 2026 with a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Project Management, or a related analytical field, and are available to work full‑time.
You have a strong analytical mindset and a creative approach with the ability to rethink existing processes. You have solid foundations in process analysis methodologies and data science, complemented by strong project management skills.
You also have basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power BI) and Python, along with familiarity with AI concepts and automation tools.
You are fluent in Italian and English.
You bring international experience, whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.
You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
You have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g., residency, visa).
