What we are looking for

Solid experience in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus
Brings experience in compensation and benefits analysis or HR. Familiarity with compensation structures, employee benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
Exposure to international or matrix organisations
Knowledge of either the DACH or Italian markets
Fluency in English; additional languages depending on the market are a strong plus
