Global Service Delivery Manager (IT Service Transformation)Permanent | Based on-site in Parma (3 days/week)SixteenFifty is a specialist digital and technology talent consultancy, and we are representing a global manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Global Service Delivery Manager to lead the transformation of IT service governance across their digital and application landscape.This role focuses on redefining service delivery models, optimising vendor ecosystems, and embedding governance frameworks across a complex environment of internal teams and third-party partners.This is a permanent role, ideally onsite in Parma with a hybrid setup (3 days/week preferred in office).The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for:Designing and embedding a scalable IT service governance modelDriving transformation in how application services are delivered and supportedPartnering with AMS teams and external vendors to align SLAs, support models, and performance metricsSupporting internal teams through the adoption of a service-oriented mindsetStreamlining the vendor landscape to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and enhance service accountabilityImproving communication flows and accountability across the vendor landscapePlaying a key role in shaping long-term supplier strategy and service contract evolution across the organisationThe ideal candidate will have:Solid experience in IT service delivery and governance within complex, international environmentsA proven track record of leading or supporting large-scale service management transformationsExperience managing outsourced delivery partners and multi-vendor environmentsFamiliarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and tools such as ServiceNowStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience with enterprise applications, ideally including SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, Business One)If you are a Service Delivery Manager with relevant experience, please apply immediately for consideration.
