As part of the Group’s evolution, we are seeking an International Sales Director to further develop the Business and Team.Are you an experienced Sales Leader with an Engineering or Business background ready to take on a key role in an expanding international Group?Our client is seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Director (m/f/d) for its profitable business headquartered in Central Italy.You will lead and expand a commercial team of 25 based both in Italy and abroad.Why you will love working for our clientPositive and Committed ColleaguesTop Management Collaboration and SupportPermanent employment contract with good compensationStrong international focusGreat opportunity to take on further responsibility within the GroupWhat you will doReporting to the Group’s BoD, you will: develop and implement National and International sales strategyCollaborate on this with the other corporate functions and the BoDManage and further develop the competence of the Sales and Commercial teamSupport the Sales team as required in negotiations and complex client management / requestsTravel 50% of the time nationally and internationally to visit clients, take part in business events and trade fairs, visit Sales colleagues and Sales offices abroadManage Top Clients and Private Label projectsWhat you haveSolid technical, engineering or business educationFluent English and ItalianProven B2B Sales and Commercial ExperienceExperience in Private Label / OEM Sales and Sales via DistributorsDistributor Management and development experienceProven People-management and development experienceProven ability to manage and increase multi-million revenues internationallyWillingness to travel for up to 50% of the timeWillingness to spend the other 50% of the time at the HQ in Central ItalyDigital literacy, driving licenceExperience and competence in collaborating with colleagues nationally and internationallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKeen to expand the business and take the company to the next levelGreat career opportunity for an energetic, ambitious and talented candidate….
