Main Activities & Responsibilities
Support Global Retail Operations team by developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines and milestones
Communicate project deadlines and updates to keep teams informed and ensure successful project launches
Identify inefficiencies in retail processes and propose strategies to optimise workflows
Identify potential initiatives to improve retail operations activities at global level
Monitor policy and procedure quality, escalating issues as needed to maintain standards
Collect stakeholder feedback on operational gaps and work with management to develop action plans
Ensure global operation manuals (e.g., grooming, uniforms, BOH organisation) are implemented according to management guidelines
Anticipate potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Prepare business cases to justify new projects and investments, aligning them with organisational objectives
Nurture a project management mentality within the Global Retail Operations team
Foster an analytical methodology in all retail operations areas of intervention, building a fact-based approach rooted in data and evidence
Support rollouts of new Retail POS systems and Omnichannel solutions across global markets
Support the coordination and delivery of training programs for store teams on new applications and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and operational excellence
Collaborate with IT and Retail teams to test, validate, and implement new technologies in-store, guaranteeing compliance with global standards
Key Requirements & Competencies
At least 3 years’ experience working in the Retail industry
Strong and proven analytical background
Proficiency in Office, especially Excel; Business Objects is a plus. Knowledge of retail POS systems such as CEGID, SAP, or X-Store is considered an advantage.
Fluency in English
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask
Able to work well in a fast-changing environment
Strong attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Proactivity and problem-solving attitude
Experience in managing Retail POS and Omnichannel system rollouts
Knowledge of retail technology and ability to train store teams on new applications
