Global Regulatory Intelligence & Compliance Specialist
Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you like dealing with regulations, standards, and global compliance? If yes, take a look: this could be for you!
Clivet SpA is now looking for a dynamic and proactive Global Regulatory Intelligence & Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role will be a key resource for monitoring, interpreting, and communicating international regulations affecting our products across different sites.
What's in for you?
The Global Regulatory Intelligence & Compliance Specialist will play a key role within the team, acting as the go-to internal consultant to ensure our business units and international sites stay informed and prepared for regulatory changes—without being directly responsible for local implementation.
Regulatory Monitoring & Interpretation: these are the focus for you!
Continuously monitor, identify, and interpret international regulations, standards, and guidelines relevant to our products…Yes, both mandatory and voluntary ones! And that means keeping an eye on the W-O-R-L-D!
Prepare and share regular “Regulatory Updates” so everyone stays in the loop—you’ll make sure the right people get the right info at the right time!
Internal Coordination & Support: Before and after regulation changes, a never ending alignment!
Establish and maintain a strong internal network across different sites, serving as the primary subject matter expert for regulatory topics.
Organize and lead regular info-sharing meetings with international groups to foster alignment and a shared understanding of global requirements.
So…yes, you have to deal with different teams, even when the topic is complex!
Guidelines & Best Practices: Team working!
As you’re the one with the full picture, who better than you to help teams follow the rules? You’ll define and create standardized guidelines, templates, and best-practice documents to support compliance across the organization.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with experience in the HVAC industry.
Do you have experience? Super! We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, or a similar role, preferably in a global manufacturing or technology company.
You will be dealing with international regulations and international colleagues… so English is mandatory!
And…last but not least: Willingness to travel internationally as needed! Office location: we have three office locations: Feltre or Padova or Milano, you could choose one of these as your preferred location!
