In this role, leading our Professional Maintenance central team, you will develop and implement Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) methodologies related to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Manufacturing, and World Class Manufacturing (WCM). Your focus will be on the Preventive Maintenance (PM) pillar across our global industrial network.You will coordinate and promote best practices, continuous improvement, and workshops with related industrial functions.Main Responsibilities:You will act as a change agent, fostering an operational excellence culture through TPM/WCM and Preventive Maintenance strategies, including Preventive, Predictive, and Reliability Centered Maintenance.You will support the team manager in ensuring coordination among central Operation Performance teams and partner functions such as Health & Safety, Food Safety & Quality, Engineering, and People & Organization, ensuring alignment with PM FOX principles, methodologies, and Ferrero governance, risk, and compliance procedures.Your role includes developing and improving PM methodologies and procedures, creating and updating training materials, defining KPIs and KAIs, and setting targets at group and area levels. You will coach Plant Maintenance Managers using the "train-the-trainer" approach. Additionally, you will oversee the progress of PM initiatives, training, workshops, audits, and assessments to improve Overall Asset Effectiveness (OAE) and competitiveness against global benchmarks.Assessing and validating the maturity of PM implementation and fostering synergy with Autonomous Maintenance (AM) methodologies through audits and assessments will be key. You will also promote best practices, continuous improvement, and workshops across the organization.Who are we looking for:A candidate with a master’s degree in engineering or related technical fields and over 10 years of experience managing a maintenance department. You should have a deep understanding of industrial processes, strong technical skills, expertise in TPM/WCM or Lean Manufacturing, and a proven track record of improving OEE.Your ability to coordinate professional teams will foster collaboration and drive innovation. A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement are essential.Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills are required to influence, coach, and train at all organizational levels. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
