Your responsibilities:

Project management of technology and industrialisation projects in plant engineering for our international production plants.
Support the Project Management Organization (PMO) by developing standardized processes, ensuring effective project governance, enabling effective portfolio management, and promoting clear and open communication across the organization.
Participation in the annual planning of investments and management of investment projects.
Procurement of new suppliers, solicitation of offers, preparation of plant supply contracts, and ongoing supplier management.
Preparation of plant-wide guidelines in the area of technical matters.
Participation in the standardization and further development of production technologies, processes, and the planning of new facilities.

Your profile:

Technical oriented education, such as in the field of industrial and mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, electrical engineering.
First professional experience in technical project management and/or PMO, ideally in the food industry.
Independence, problem-solving and organizational skills, flexibility, good communication and teamwork abilities, technical and digital affinity.
Very good knowledge of English and/or German and Italian, willingness to travel.
