Job DescriptionRole SummaryGeneral product planning and development work focused on stewarding new products from initial concept through technical research, design, manufacture, to product launch.Main TasksIdentifying market opportunities and developing associated new product strategies.Developing new product value propositions and targeted feature sets.Developing commercial and pricing strategies (e.g., low price or high quality).Ensuring new product success through close collaboration with research & design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales leadership.Interpreting regulatory requirements and driving approval processes related to product safety, labeling, performance/effectiveness claims, etc.In some organizations, may also be accountable for post-launch product service and disposal.Your ProfileBachelor of Science Degree in Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent/related field.Fluent in English; knowledge of German and Italian is an advantage.Knowledge of membrane markets and products across water and wastewater sectors.This position may require global travel (20-30%).Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the international water technology industry.
