Role/Mission/Objectives
With a direct reporting line into the Global Procurement Other Packaging Category Manager, the Global Procurement Packaging Analyst will play a key role in supporting the procurement team through streamlining and simplifying the operating processes regulating the Other Packaging categories management. Procurement is accountable to identify, manage and develop a suppliers base capable of supporting the Company in achieving its goals; as a member of the Global Product Related procurement team, the Global Procurement Packaging Analyst contributes to the efficiency and digitalization of procurement activities through process analysis, automation of reporting tools, and development of data‑driven insights. Working in close collaboration with regional and global teams, the role helps strengthen decision‑making and operational excellence across the Other Packaging procurement area.
Key Responsibilities And Activities

Support the review and improvement of procurement processes, identifying opportunities for simplification and standardization
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Procurement, Planning, Finance, Quality, Marketing) to gather and validate data
Support in performing data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities, providing insights to regional packaging buyers
Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools to monitor category KPIs
Participate in projects focused on digitalization and process efficiency, supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation for global and regional meetings
Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the Other Packaging Procurement team, ensuring alignment with internal standards and best practices

Experience & Education & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
Short experience (up to 1‑2 years) in Procurement & Supply Chain is a plus
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret and communicate data clearly
Proficiency with Excel is strongly recommended
Fluency of English is a must, knowledge of another languages is a plus
Strong motivation to develop a career within Procurement & Supply Chain
