The role
We are hiring a Global Operations Manager to strengthen operational performance across Italy. You will manage end to end freight execution, resolve exceptions, support the team on quality and data accuracy, and act as a key escalation point for partners and clients.

What We Are Looking For

Fluent Italian and English
Apprenticeship or BA or BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
3+ years in freight forwarding or ocean freight operations
Hands-on experience working in Italy
Strong communication, structured thinking, and problem solving
Ability to manage high workloads in a fast paced environment

Your Day to Day

Ensure shipments move on time and handle exceptions
