Global Onboarding Practice Manager
RELEX Solutions is a leading international software company with Finnish roots. Our cloud‑based platform optimizes retail and supply chain processes across all industries – from DIY, pharmaceuticals and FMCG to manufacturing and our specialty (food) retail. At RELEX, we prioritize not just trade optimization but also our employees, offering a high degree of autonomy, flat hierarchies, diverse development opportunities, and a work environment that supports a healthy professional‑private life balance.
What you’ll be doing
This is a strategic, high‑accountability role. Success depends on strong consultation, cross‑functional collaboration, project management excellence, and the ability to shift seamlessly between strategic planning and tactical execution. In this role, you’ll own RELEX’s global onboarding program—from cultural immersion to defining role‑based proficiency with business leaders.
Global Onboarding Responsibilities

Design and maintain a globally consistent, end‑to‑end onboarding experience spanning Offer → Day 1 → Cultural Immersion → Role Integration → Probation.
Ensure that the multiple owners of these lifecycle stages (Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, managers, and senior business leaders) work in alignment to deliver a seamless new‑hire journey.
Redesign and improve the global onboarding program, ensuring alignment across all phases of the onboarding lifecycle.
Define role and team onboarding needs with business leaders.
Curate structured learning journeys with key partners.
Coordinate global onboarding activities and timelines.
Create and maintain onboarding content that reflects RELEX culture and ways of working.
Maintain toolkits, guidance, and communication assets.

Reporting, Measurement & Insights Responsibilities

Build and manage a global onboarding reporting framework.
Track onboarding progress, completion, attendance, and engagement across regions.
Analyze onboarding data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Provide regular reports and insights to People Leadership, Team Leads, and business stakeholders.
Create dashboards and templates that support scalable, repeatable reporting.
Use insights to guide program decisions, content updates, and process improvements.
Establish clear success metrics for onboarding (e.g., time to proficiency, new‑joiner engagement, manager satisfaction, process reliability).
Evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding activities and iterate based on measurable outcomes.

What you’ll bring to the table

Experience in HR, People Operations, Learning & Development, or similar program‑based roles, ideally in program ownership or strategic management.
Strong coordination and project management skills.
Confidence managing cross‑functional stakeholders and vendors.
Excellent communication and content‑creation skills.
Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, and able to translate insights into actions.
Proactive, structured, and eager to take ownership of a global program.

Why This Role Matters
As the strategic manager for global onboarding, you will influence both the immediate new‑joiner experience and long‑term organizational capability. Your work sets the foundation for scalable growth, operational excellence, and a globally unified employee experience. By defining and tracking success metrics, you will ensure onboarding drives real, measurable improvements—faster proficiency, stronger belonging, higher retention, and consistent operational readiness across regions.
