Your experience at Deel will be a career accelerator, tackling complex challenges that impact millions of people’s working lives while building expertise in a high-growth environment.SummaryAs a Global Mobility Specialist on the Expansions team, you will support the design and rollout of new global immigration and mobility services. You will focus on researching new markets, supporting strategy development, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to launch scalable, compliant solutions. This role offers exposure to high-impact projects and the opportunity to build expertise in global mobility strategy while contributing to Deel’s growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport research and analysis of new immigration markets, services, and product opportunities.Assist in building playbooks, knowledge bases, and process maps to enable new service launches.Collaborate with Product, Legal, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure compliance and operational readiness.Track timelines and deliverables across expansion projects, escalating risks or blockers as needed.Support internal enablement by contributing to training materials, FAQs, and client-facing resources.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and client experience in new service design.Report to the Associate Director of Expansions.Qualifications2-4 years of experience in immigration, global mobility, or a related field (operations, legal, consulting).Strong research, project management, organisational, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.Interest in strategy, process design, and product development within global mobility.Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new markets and frameworks.Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
