Throughout, the House wields the codes of luxury and classicism to ignite a daring new path, under the creative direction of Chief Creative Officer Dario Vitale.Your OpportunityThe Global Media Coordinator will support the Global Paid Media Licenses team in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing all media campaigns for licensed categories, as well as overseeing the production of related campaign assets.This role requires strong numerical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities when collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.Your ContributionSupport the creation and sharing of media briefs with agencies, both offline and onlineAssist in evaluating media plans proposed by both agencies and licenseesManage relationships with licensees (Eyewear, Watches, Home, and Fragrances), ensuring partners’ requests and inputs are well understood and providing the appropriate supportOversee the full setup of media campaigns, coordinating with all vendors involved in the production chain (offline materials, digital adaptations, copy translations, etc.)Collaborate regularly with Performance Marketing, Creative, PR, and E-Commerce teams to ensure the right support for each activityEnsure media campaigns go live accurately and on time across all channelsIn collaboration with media agencies, monitor campaign performance, collect justifications and reports, and deliver post-campaign presentations to both internal and external stakeholdersContribute to the development of media presentations for recurring internal meetingsCoordinate with regional colleagues, providing support for ongoing activities as neededCoordinate the production of offline and online assets for seasonal advertising campaignsAct as a liaison between external partners (production agencies, media agencies, media partners, etc.) and internal stakeholders (Performance Marketing, Creative, PR, and E-Commerce teams)Support administrative tasks related to order processing, payment flows, and budget reconciliationMain StakeholdersInternalGlobal Social/E-Com/Performance/Product Marketing/Creative/PR teamsRegional Marketing & Communication teamsGlobal Finance/Procurement/Legal DepartmentsExternalGlobal/Local Media AgenciesKey Media PartnersYour SkillsMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the Fashion, Luxury, or Beauty industries and/or in a media agencyBachelor’s degree in marketing, Economics, Business, or a related fieldHigh proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPointFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plusStrong analytical skills, with great attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize and meet deadlinesA collaborative, team-oriented mindset combined with strong interpersonal skillsDiversity and inclusion are integral to Versace's DNA.
