Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics.Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Global Lease Administrator to join KIKO MILANO’s Real Estate Team, reporting to the Global Lease Manager.Such talent will ensure the well-functioning of the lease administration system, managing over 850 lease contracts across 18–20 KIKO countries. The role requires structured coordination, strong attention to detail and collaboration across departments such as Real Estate, Legal, and Finance at both HQ and country level.In particular, you will :Coordinate and manage global routines for lease contracts and appendices implemented across all directly operated countriesEnsure timely signature and upload of all lease contracts in the lease administration systemMaintain 100% accuracy of key data (e.g. expiry dates, break clauses, notices) in the system, aligned with physical contractsCollaborate closely with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure consistency and reliability of lease-related dataProvide guidance and training to local functions for proper data entry and system usageMonitor and improve lease administration routines and propose process optimizationsConsolidate, review, and secure payments related to leases, facilities and construction at HQ levelSupport rent budgeting and forecasting processesUnderstand accounting timelines and routines for payment cyclesPresent data and summaries on a quarterly basis to internal stakeholders and managementMonitor external suppliers and track performance KPIs for landlords, facility managers and construction vendorsWhat you will need to succeed5+ years of experience in lease administration, contract management, or similar roles within the retail industryUniversity degree in Law, Business Administration or equivalentFamiliarity with accounting practices and tools (e.g. SAP)Excellent organizational and analytical skillsWe would love if you hadA structured, detail-oriented, and resilient mindsetStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities and proactively solve problemsA collaborative spirit and solution-driven approach
