Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.General Description of the RoleThe "Global IT Manager SAP Programs & Integrations" is responsible for providing strategic technology support and guidance to the Global M&A team, also facilitating pre-deal IT Due Diligence for Divestitures, Mergers & Acquisitions (DM&A).S/he has a crucial role in DM&A Integration & Market Expansion Initiatives from IT perspective, with a focus on SAP programs, in collaboration and Global Business Integration functions.The "Global IT Manager SAP Programs & Integrations" will act as:Lead IT Program Manager for Business development & Integration Projects (DM&A Integration & Market Expansion Initiatives)Liaison between DM&A Team and IT functions ensuring technology requirements/ risks/ opportunities are identified, assessed and addressed during IT Due Diligence phaseCoordinator between the SAP platform and all impacted IT functions.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong Leadership, Technical & Business acumen and SAP programs expertise, capable of driving technology initiatives to support Global M&A Function achieving Market expansion & portfolio optimization objectives.As IT Program Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Integration Projects are executed on time and in budget contributing to the Organization's growth and long-term success.The role is a key component of the Campari Group OneIT Organization, cooperating with Global & Regional IT teams.S/he will interact with several stakeholders from all Company Functions both at Global & Regional/ Local level.Strong leadership capabilities mixed with teamwork and commitment to achieving defined objectives are key factors.Mission/ObjectivesCollaborate with Global and Regional IT & with Global and Regional Business to drive seamless post-deal Integrations and Market Expansion Projects (for the assigned Project)Identify & analyse IT requirements/ needs for Integrations and Market Expansion Projects along with IT CoE & technological PlatformsLead IT solutions implementation as PM ensuring the Project will be within approved “Scope, Time & Budget”Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesCommunicate effectively with key stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on technology initiatives and IT due diligence findings and integration projectsConduct IT Due Diligence for potential DM&A initiatives, identifying key technology risks & opportunitiesDevelop and execute IT project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgetsDevelop and maintain metrics to track and report the effectiveness of the ProjectFor the IT Vendors involved in the Integration Project: Manage the vendor relationships in collaboration with other IT involved teams, ensuring timely delivery of services and products in compliance with contractual obligations. Support in the definition/ review of Statement of Work (produced by Vendor).Facilitate change management, training, and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders, empowering them to effectively leverage IT solutions in their daily workIdentify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings through the integration of IT systems and technologiesParticipate in relevant industry events and professional development opportunities to maintain expertise in legal and DM&A technology best practicesFoster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization's DM&A technology landscapeSuggest the development and maintenance of IT-related policies, procedures, and documentationContinuously evaluate and improve IT processes and systems to maximize integrations’ efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring the integrations follow standardized and repeatable approach (IT Integration Playbook)Key RelationshipsInternal Relationships:Global M&A team and Global Business Integration functions: collaborate with the two functions delivering seamless business partnershipGlobal IT (Functional IT Teams, Technology Platforms Teams, Technology & Security Team, Global Service Delivery Team): understand requirements and constraints coming from Business Functions or other IT teams, align on activities with the different impacted teams, collaborate with other Business Partners to manage escalations & requests during Project execution phases & address risks and issuesRegional and Local IT Teams: ensure engagement and alignmentProject Teams: Collaborate with all Project team members ensuring IT expertise and guidance.External Relationships:IT Vendors and Service Providers: manage relationships with external IT Vendors and Service Providers ensuring timely delivery of Projects Roadmap and dependencies in compliance with contractual obligationsExperience & EducationExperience:A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with a focus in DM&A and IT IntegrationExperience in conducting IT Due Diligence for DM&A transactions, including the identification and assessment of technology risks and opportunitiesExperience in leading & managing SAP implementation as PM (preferably related to DM&A and Integrations)Experience CPG Industry Knowledge is highly desirableExperience in managing S4HANA Private and Public Cloud Projects implementation is a plusInternational experience: experience working in an International or Multicultural environment is a plusEducation:A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is requiredA master\'s degree in a relevant field or an MBA would be an advantageRelevant professional certifications, such as PMP, ITIL, or CISA, are highly desirableRequired Skills & TraitsIT Project Management skills (Timeline/ Budget/ Resource Allocation) on complex IT ProjectsStrong knowledge of PM Standards and MethodologiesStrong knowledge of Financial/ Budget ManagementKnowledge of IT Procurement and Vendor Management ProcessesKnowledge of Supply Chain and Finance Processes (preferred within CPG industry)Knowledge of SAP S4HANA key modules and solutions.Leadership skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities & conflictsStrong organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environmentProven proficiency in Project Management Software and Office suite (e.g., Excel & PowerPoint)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAdditional RequirementsAvailability to travel up to 25% of timeOur commitment to Diversity & InclusionAt Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
