With growth comes complexity and they’re investing heavily in strengthening their reporting, controls, and operational scalability to support the next stage of value creation.We’re hiring a hands-on Group FC to lead the accounting function globally ensuring strong financial discipline, process optimisation, and robust reporting frameworks.Key Responsibilities :Accounting Leadership : Own full-cycle accounting processes across the Italian entity and contribute to group-level financial control.Financial Reporting : Lead timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings; ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements.ERP & Process Transformation : Drive ongoing ERP redesign and process improvements to enhance data quality, efficiency, and scalability.Team Management : Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring strong performance, controls, and professional growth.Governance : Ensure compliance with all financial policies, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements.External Interface : Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and financial partners.Key Requirements :International experience (multi-entity / group level)ERP expert (NetSuite preferred, others acceptable)High growth, high-volume transaction environmentThis is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a key finance function in a business undergoing rapid international growth and transformation, building scalable processes and driving best-in-class financial control.To find out more, please reach out to to discuss in more detail.
