We act courageously and are uniquely positioned to be a source of stability in a world of evolving healthcare needs.Viatris empowers people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life.Access - Providing high quality trusted medicines regardless of geography or circumstance;Leadership - Advancing sustainable operations and innovative solutions to improve patient health; andPartnership - Leveraging our collective expertise to connect people to products and services.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here’s how the Global E-Commerce Lead role will make an impact :The Global eCommerce Lead reports to the Head of Global eCommerce Strategy and plays a key role in driving localization and successful implementation of Global eCommerce Strategy across all geographies, for all Brands (including Cosmetics, Food Supplements, Medical Devices, OTC and Prescription Drugs), Therapeutic Areas, and on all type of online players (including online Pharmacies, Amazon and other marketplaces).S)He manages directly all commercial and operational aspects of the Pan European agreement with Amazon, connecting with both Retail and ADV counterparts in Amazon (AVS model).S)He facilitates and incentives exchanges of best practices among countries and with Global Functions, to make a visible difference in accelerating the growth of online business Creating a connection between Central Marketing / R&D functions and Countries, s(he) will concretely help evolving Brands’ product and communications strategy, accordingly to insights the online channels are able to provide on consumers’ behavior.Key responsibilities for this role include :Drives eCommerce revenues development globally, following the Global strategyDefines KPIs and targets for local markets (in alignment with local leadership and Head of Global eCommerce Strategy)Leads PAN-EU Amazon relationship as key contact point (PAN EU AVS program). Escalates (internally and to Amazon) issues related to supply / logistics, assortment, profitability topicsHelps countries and Central functions in developing eCommerce capabilities, building the organization, processes, tools and local teams’ skills. Supports each country along their journey from the initial stages to a successful full implementation of the online channels, driving with inspiration all stakeholdersFosters best-practices exchange among countries, increasing organizational capabilities,Supports with a hands-on attitude, localization, deployment, and implementation of Global eCommerce Strategy setting priorities, targets and ensuring consistency with the long-term vision.Tracks closely performances with unified KPIs and metrics for all countries, gathering data from markets to build benchmarks to help each country enhance their performance. Keeps Leadership Teams updated on how eCommerce performsIdentifies tactical plans and helps Countries implementing and reviewing them, in accordance with results and targets’ achievementsSupervises eCommerce contents strategy and priorities, building best practices, and sharing playbooks with all countries to update and monitor content strategy implementation, in close collaboration with the Global Digital Marketing TeamSupervises eCommerce advertising and media plans and execution joining local monthly review with media agencies and / or local content managers, to ensure successful execution of media eCommerce and performance marketing strategiesThe minimum qualifications for this role are :Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Economics, Marketing or similar educationAt least, 5 years of experience in eCommerce channels management within Omnichannel Companies; Amazon relationship management (including Amazon ADS), deep knowledge of the AVS relationship and FBA operational model dominates Amazon Vendor Central tools and ReportsFluent English (oral and writing), minimum C1 Advanced qualification or equivalent.Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAt Viatris, we offer competitive salaries, benefits and an inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others.Viatris is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
