This recognition spans all 26 countries where we operate.Position OverviewThe Amplifon Global Data team is seeking a Data Service Manager. This role involves interacting with Business and Development teams during project and operational phases to manage release processes and enhance support services, ensuring service availability and continuity.Main ResponsibilitiesPromote application and process improvements based on operational experience and customer feedback.Prioritize issue analysis and resolution activities based on business context and criticalities.Act as the first point of contact for critical issues or improvement needs related to Amplifon Datawarehouse, marketing campaign platform, and their integrations.Ensure service continuity by coordinating releases of enhancements and evolutions of data assets and enterprise campaign automation solutions, with a strong understanding of Architecture, System Integration, Security, Performance, Scalability, and Reliability.Serve as the subject matter expert for client data and omni-channel marketing campaigns.Collaborate regularly with application development, enterprise architecture, technology teams, and vendors.Investigate application issues to identify root causes, resolve data issues, and recommend process changes to prevent recurrence.Complete work on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.SkillsAbility to prioritize tasks, handle shifting deadlines, and work independently or in a team.Strong problem-solving skills.Knowledge of general Business and CRM processes, especially in Retail.Business needs analysis — defining requirements within the functional context.Strong organizational and project management skills to drive projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results.Flexibility to adapt in a rapidly changing corporate environment.Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage expectations.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Understanding of relational databases.Proven SQL knowledge.Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud or other omnichannel campaign systems is highly appreciated.Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and DBT is highly appreciated.Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI and Azure Analysis Services is highly appreciated.QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in a functional analyst role, preferably in CRM or Campaign Management projects.3-5 year degree in Computer Science or Economics preferred.Willingness to travel as required.Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.At Amplifon, we believe people are our most important asset.
