OverviewGlobal Category Manager - IndirectsLocation: Flexible across EMEA | Department: Procurement | Full-TimeAre you a strategic procurement expert with a passion for creating value across global supply chains? Do you thrive in multinational, cross-functional environments and know your way around logistics, MRO, and indirect categories? If so, we want to hear from you!We're looking for a Global Category Manager to join our Performance Carbon Global Business Unit. In this key role, you'll lead our global sourcing strategy for a wide range of indirect categories — including logistics, packaging, PPE, facilities, and large Capex — working closely with senior stakeholders across EMEAI, the Americas, and Asia.ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll be doing:Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for key indirect categoriesNegotiate global contracts and manage supplier performanceDeliver cost savings and ESG-focused procurement outcomesManage indirect spend across multiple sitesCollaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, HSE, finance & operationsDrive continuous improvement and implement category best practicesOptimize global logistics, including freight, packaging, and warehouse layoutsQualificationsWhat you'll bring:Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or equivalent experienceProven indirect procurement experience in a multinational manufacturing environmentStrong track record in logistics and supplier managementStrategic sourcing expertise and contract negotiation skillsConfident communicator and relationship builder across cultures and functionsComfortable influencing, questioning the status quo, and driving changeFluent in English (additional languages are a plus!)Why join us?Morgan Advanced Materials is a global leader in materials science and engineering.
