This position is responsible for driving process improvements, ensuring alignment with global standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesS/4HANA Transformation Support: act as a key driver in the organization's S/4HANA journey, ensuring that business processes are effectively integrated and optimized within the new system environment.Process Optimization: identify, analyze, and implement improvements in business processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance across the organization.Global Standards Alignment: ensure that all business processes are aligned with global standards and best practices, facilitating consistency and quality across all operations.Continuous Improvement: promote a culture of continuous improvement by leading initiatives that encourage innovation and process excellence.Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with various departments to understand their process needs and challenges, providing solutions that align with overall business objectives and the S/4HANA framework.Performance Monitoring: develop and implement metrics to monitor the effectiveness of business processes, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making.Change Management: lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems, including training and support for staff, particularly in the context of the S/4HANA transition.Documentation and Reporting: maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and improvements, providing regular reports to senior management on progress and outcomes.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in business process management or a similar role, preferably in a global context.Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Fluency in english.
