Overview
Gruppo Montenegro is looking for a
Global Brand Manager
for our brand Vecchia Romagna. This role requires a strong business mindset, combining brand building expertise, strategic marketing skills, and local cultural understanding. The Brand Manager will act as a business leader for the brand, driving profitable growth through data-driven decisions, market intelligence, and commercial effectiveness.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, in line with the brand strategy and positioning.
Generate and translate consumer and cultural insights into actionable brand initiatives.
Develop and implement brand communication & activation programs, promotions, sponsorships with relevant agencies & partners.
Coordinate marketing mix activities, including packaging development, experiential events, and innovation projects.
Promote and execute all below the line activities within On Trade and Off Trade channel, also interfacing with Trade Marketing.
Represent the brand directly in the field, bringing the Vecchia Romagna experience to life for customers and consumers.
Maintenance and updating of ongoing reporting on market, brand and competition trends, and development of ad hoc insights.
Coordinate marketing mix activities including packaging development, experiential events, and innovation projects.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience of relevant experience as Brand Manager within Spirits industry (or Luxury)
Business Acumen & Enterpreneurial Mindset.
Excellent Communicating & Influencing, Planning & Organizing, Digital Agility competency.
Fluent in English and Italian
