Successful applicants will gain a highly competitive salary, full training, and a range of benefits.JOB PURPOSEThe prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth whilst increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. The ability to communicate effectively in order to negotiate the company offering to the customer and demonstrate Future’s full capabilities is a key requirement.What the roles involve :Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel in each geographical region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges, formulating regional and branch strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with customer’s Senior Management through regular visits.Present Future’s value proposition by providing customers with our Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, such as the Business Partner Programme, to enhance service capabilities.Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally by site to increase market share and outperform industry growth.Drive key supplier initiatives outlined by marketing at each customer site to meet corporate commitments.Provide high-level customer service by responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.Do you have :Commercial acumen and resilience with a proven sales record within the past five years, preferably in electronic distribution.
