Successful applicants will gain a highly competitive salary, full training, and a range of benefits.Job PurposeThe prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions to drive profitable growth, increase penetration in Sales, and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company's offerings to customers, position Future’s value add, and demonstrate the company’s full capabilities.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel in each geographical region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.Understand customer needs and challenges, formulate regional and branch strategies for growth, and build relationships with senior management through regular visits.Present Future’s value proposition with Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, such as the Business Partner Programme, to enhance service capabilities.Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase share at each location.Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.Candidate RequirementsProven sales success in electronic distribution, with at least five years of experience; degree educated, preferably with a technical or business background.Understanding of technical teams and design achievements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and achieve results.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Application ProcessSend your CV to the provided contact.
