We are supporting the appointment of a General Manager for an established FMCG manufacturing business in Italy. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership, reporting at regional leadership level.
The role will lead a sizeable Italian operation, with responsibility for driving commercial growth, profitability, and organisational performance across branded, private label, and foodservice channels.
The Role

Full ownership of P&L and business performance in Italy
Define and execute commercial and growth strategy across multiple channels
Lead sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain functions
Identify and develop new markets and channels, including foodservice
Act as the senior leader for the Italian business, aligning local execution with group objectives
Inspire and develop a long-tenured organisation through strong leadership and communication

The Profile

Senior FMCG leader with proven P&L ownership (GM, MD, Country Manager, BU Director or similar)
Strong commercial background, ideally within food manufacturing
Exposure to retail, private label, and/or foodservice environments
Solid understanding of operations and supply chain
Able to operate effectively in matrix and entrepreneurial environments
Fluent Italian required
Based in Naples
