About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead and expand our operations in Italy, with a strong focus on sales growth and business development. This is an opportunity to join a well‑established international company entering a new phase of expansion in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across key business segments.
Manage and develop the sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and local market needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and lead go‑to‑market initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, HR) to ensure operational excellence.
Report directly to the regional leadership team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, or Sales Director in a B2B environment.
Strong track record in sales leadership, business development, and team management.
Excellent understanding of the Italian market and customer dynamics.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution skills.
Experience in managing P&L and driving profitability.
