The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the hostel’s operations, including the pre-opening phase, managing staff, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and driving financial performance. Responsibilities also include recruiting and training staff, managing budgets, ensuring health and safety compliance, and fostering a strong team culture.QualificationsRelevant experience in hospitality management (hostels, hotels, tourism, or events)Strong leadership, staff management, and team-building skillsExperience in customer service and guest relationsKnowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and cost controlOperational management and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)Note: The sections listing other job titles are irrelevant to this specific role and should be removed for clarity.
