What’s the role?We are looking for a brilliant resource to join the Hilti Finance Department and support the activities of our Shared Service Center.What the role involves?In our Shared Service Center you will manage the accounting operations for different market organizations, working in an international environment. You will perform compliant General Ledger processes and ensure correct financial bookings in month-end closing and year-end closing (MEC/YEC), Fixed Assets, GL Master data, Intercompany, tax, and maintain adequate ledgers (balances, P&L preparation and analysis).You will also be a sparring partner for the Finance Business Partners by linking business decisions to accounting processes and by delivering and improving agreed General Ledger services to the entities in scope.What you need is:Degree in Economics with interest in accountingFluent EnglishStrong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS ExcelAt least 1 year of professional experience in accounting rolesHigh motivation level and energyAttention to detail and strong result orientationTeam playerWhy should you apply?We have an excellent mix of people, which we believe makes for a more vibrant, innovative, and productive team.
