The EMEA Shared Service Center, based in Agordo (BL), handles processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Master Data, Indirect Taxes, and Balance Sheet Assets for Italian companies and European subsidiaries.Main ResponsibilitiesManage month-end accounting closing activities (accruals, prepayments, inventory, payroll).Ensure quality and perform monthly analysis of financial reports by checking key account risks such as banks, fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, payroll, and taxes.Complete Hyperion reporting timely, fulfilling all required monthly, quarterly, and yearly forms.Reconcile balance sheet accounts.Participate in audit and year-end activities.Manage assets and postings.Reconcile and post bank accounts.Main RequirementsMaster's Degree in Economics, Finance, Administration, or Business Management with excellent results.Excellent English skills; knowledge of additional EMEA languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Arabic) is a plus.At least 6 months of experience in accounting or auditing within complex organizations.Strong quantitative analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.Team-oriented mindset, believing that teamwork is essential.Recruitment ProcessIf selected, HR will contact you to guide you through the application steps.Diversity, Equity, and InclusionWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment, celebrating diversity, and providing equal opportunities regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or other characteristics.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Accounting/AuditingIndustry: Accounting
