RH is seeking a Gallery Facilities Leader to join our team in providing world-class service to guests while taking great care of our equipment and facilities.ResponsibilitiesLead, plan, and coordinate the activities of the facility maintenance and housekeeping department to ensure optimum service level maintenanceOversee building and grounds maintenance, including: landscaping, lawn maintenance, employee and truck parking lot maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior lighting, dock doors, dock plates, trailer restraints and switch lights, roofing and fire protection systemsMaintain a safe work environment by observing & enforcing OSHA, Food Safety, & HAZMAT requirementsPlay an active role in interviewing, hiring, and training highly-skilled and general maintenance associatesAssist Leadership team in forecasting capital expenditures and and negotiating contractsMonitor budgeting to ensure maximum value is obtained when purchasing supplies and repair partsArrange for contractor services when needed for specialized repairsQualifications5+ years experience in maintenance leadership in environment with high standards of operational excellenceHands-on experience with repair of material handling equipmentAbility to build teams, gain commitment from others and effectively manage the decision-making processStrong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on process improvementAnalytical mindset with Excel proficiencyWillingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysFamiliarity with RF systemsAbout UsRH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.At RH, we are committed to promoting pay equity.
