Programme Structure
Duration: 3 yearsInternal rotations across different production areas of the plantProfessional growth towards the role of Shift Leader/ManagerTraining approach based on the 70-20-10 model: 70% on the job learning; 20% mentoring and coaching; 10% structured training
Key Responsabilities
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the candidate will be involved in:
Supervising production lines, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standardsAnalyzing plant performance and proposing improvement solutionsCollaborating with the technical office to optimize product and processesSupporting the management and development of operational staff
Competenze ed esperienza
Degree in Mechanical or Management EngineeringInterest in the metalworking sector and production processesProactivity, goal orientation, leadership, and problem-solving skillsGood command of Italian and EnglishPrevious brief experience in the industrial field and/or a technical diploma will be considered a plus
