We are looking for a SAP SD Functional Analyst to join our Team based in Calderara di Reno (BO).
MISSION
Supports internal business partners to collect and prioritize business needs and translate business requirements to IT requirements on Sales, Material Handling, Planning, and Production processes. He / she also actively participates in solution design, by collecting and formalizing business requirements and ensuring that the outcome is in line with internal client expectations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Translates Business needs in functional requirements and propose solutions to be implemented
Evaluates and raccomends the better solution responsive to business requirements and in accordance with Material and Warehouse Management, Quality process guidelines and IT landscape;
Ensures the level of documentation provided is in line with internal quality standards
Ensures Change phases (build, test, deploy) are managed along the process according to defined internal procedures and practices, developing solid relations with internal clients and actively involve them in validating solutions.
Liaise with internal colleagues, both in Italian and Indian Competency Centers, by making sure that needs and requirements are properly addressed
Coordinates external partners involved in project phases, making sure a high and consistent quality of service is delivered
Leads and actively participate to Projects Test, Training and Deploy phases
Defines and / or validate the Application deployment project plan, monitor milestones and timing
Makes sure that project deliverables are issued within expected levels of quality and on-time
Anticipates criticalities and alerts relevant interlocutors to avoid delays or misalignments in deliverables
Monitors and controls project activities and communicate status updates to key stakeholders

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor / Master Degree in Economics or Engineering
Past experience in similar roles, with focus on SAP SD
Experience in Functional Analysis applied to sales, distribution, production planning, and warehouse / stock management processes.
Experience in Project Management
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Excellent command of English
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
