What You Will Be Doing

Design and deploy full‑stack capabilities: shepherd user stories from conception to delivery; validate requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct rigorous testing, and release to production.
Identify and resolve bugs: diagnose issues via root‑cause investigation, address fundamental problems, and prevent regressions through strategic testing.
Elevate code‑quality standards: assess plans and pull requests to ensure precision, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt at the source.

TeachTap: AI animates historical figures within a TikTok‑style learning platform.
TeachTales: personalized, enchanting stories that enhance student comprehension.
TimeBack: a learning copilot integrated with existing applications, offering proactive student coaching.
Athena: AI‑generated videos and assessments that produce measurable academic results.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Creating pixel‑perfect interfaces or intricate back‑ends for complexity’s sake.
Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem.
Spending time in prolonged meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or tracking down stakeholders.
Merely delivering features; you’ll own solving genuine problems.

Basic Requirements

Minimum 4 years of production‑level front‑end and back‑end web development experience (any framework).
Strong ownership: proven track record owning entire modules, product features, or teams beyond isolated tasks.
Independent execution: ability to remove own blockers, set rhythm, navigate ambiguous scenarios.
Experience incorporating generative AI into daily workflow.
