The candidate should have a performance-oriented approach to design, with the drive, creative imagination, and research skills to produce outstanding new design concepts to enhance customer experience. At Motion Global, you’ll use your talent to connect with our customers and the world through your work. You should be passionate and willing to take risks. You will report to the Senior Designer and work as part of a core visual design team, collaborating with all departments. Your primary focus will be on creating visual content to support our international marketing campaigns and promotional materials across our networks.Responsibilities :Producing banners, photo and video editing, etc.Supporting the creation of effective advertising assetsCreating content for communication channelsDesigning leaflets and bannersHandling all design localizationsApplying and ensuring adherence to brand guidelinesIdentifying and suggesting improvements to graphic materialsManaging day-to-day design tasksCollaborating with departments to understand requirements and maintain design standardsStaying updated on the latest design trendsThe Qualified CandidateAt least 1 year of digital design experienceProficiency in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom)Ability to align work with creative strategies and brand identities, including layout, typography, and functionalityCreative problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong conceptual thinking in visual and interaction designInterest in current design trends, technology, and social mediaDesirable Skills (not required)Experience in professional print/offset designVideo production skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Final Cut)UI/UX design experience (iOS, Android, web)J-18808-Ljbffr
