We’re passionate about working together to improve the customer experience at IKEA!ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end daily running fulfilment unit operations, coach and develop your leadersResponsible for securing efficiency, implementing improvements, new operational processes, technologies and ways of working throughout the operations (inbound, replenishment, outbound, services execution) to enable an excellent customer and colleague experienceSecure all is performed with high quality at lowest possible costs with the customer in focus and always with an everyday safe, sustainable, and healthy work environment in mindResponsible to secure a close cooperation and strong communication with supply chain management, unit management team or support functions and external transport/service providers to secure the highest goods availability and customer order fulfilment at the lowest possible costResponsible for the implementation of the customer fulfilment sustainability agenda in the assigned unit operations environmentAccountable to ensure that the fulfilment operations team works in compliance with the IKEA code of conduct, all functional relevant standard operating procedures, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation related to health, safety, security, and the environmentQualificationsGood knowledge of Customer Fulfilment performance monitoring and influencing factorsGood knowledge of working methods securing excellence in fulfilment operation processes together with relevant stakeholdersGood knowledge of supply chain methods, policies and requirements toward the IKEA unit and its business partnersGood knowledge of all relevant standard operating procedures for customer fulfilment to keep all colleagues and customers safeGood knowledge of resource planning in accordance with potential sales scenarios, forecast and fulfilment flows allocationAbility to reflect and find value and ideas in collaborating with others and ability to inspire and engage others while being business-minded and having a clear customer focusCapability to lead in the unknown and transforming environment and to collaborate with different stakeholdersCapability to give and take responsibility and empower colleagues to be entrepreneurialAbility to manage a high-volume and vibrant retail business in a fast-changing omnichannel environment and to make things happen with flexibility, speed, and simplicityAbility to communicate in English and ItalianCompany contextWe’re the team behind the scenes that make the IKEA products available to the many people.
