Recruitment Process

Brief Call: A virtual/phone conversation to learn about you, your motivations, and match you with the right role.
Interviews (average three, depending on seniority): Meet your line manager, other future teammates, discuss your experience, the role, and Amaris culture.
Case Study: Depending on the position, a role‑play, technical assessment, or problem‑solving scenario may be required.

Job Description
Position: Frontend Developer (4 days a week in‑person in Milano (Sud) + Fridays remote).
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using Vue.js, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user‑friendly interfaces.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Debug and resolve front‑end issues.

Profile

At least 3 years of front‑end development experience, with proven work on Vue.js projects.
Fluent in Italian; good command of written and spoken English.
Strong knowledge of Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and version control (Git).
Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication.
