Job descriptionWe are looking for a Front Office Manager to lead our reception team and ensure exceptional guest experience at Mangia's Favignana for the upcoming 2026 season. The role involves planning daily operations, supervising staff, handling guest requests, and driving service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning Front Office operations based on occupancy forecastsSupervises Front Office team and ensures service standardsHandles guest requests, complaints, and feedback directlyCommunicates guest needs across departments to ensure resolutionAuthorizes spending limits, room credits, and department budgetsParticipates in recruitment, training, and performance reviewsPromotes upselling and cross-selling to boost revenueLeads internal meetings and attends cross-departmental sessionsMonitors costs, revenue, and financial performance of the Rooms divisionReviews performance reports and KPIsWorks toward guest satisfaction targets and review score goalsRequirementsProven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotelsStrong knowledge of front office operations and guest service standardsProficiency in Opera PMS and other hotel management systemsLeadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a teamExcellent communication and interdepartmental coordination abilitiesFluency in English; additional languages are a plusProblem-solving attitude and attention to detailWhat we offerSeasonal contractAccommodation availableMeals providedCareer growth opportunities within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environmentOngoing training and access to professional development courses
